Bio
As an active soccer supporter in her early teens, she quickly acquired a deep understanding of how powerfully a purpose-driven culture can bring people together from all walks of life through shared goals and commitment. Despite the passion she saw in the devoted supporter community, that same passion rarely translated into their working lives. As Therése became a professional athlete within athletic fitness, she experienced in greater depth the transformative power of an intentional lifestyle. During her years in the gym, she saw the same depth of passion and dedication as she had seen among the soccer fans.
This realization was reinforced through the management consultancy she founded when she was 17. During this time she worked with a wide range of companies from those with a thriving culture to those whose culture had become toxic. Through these companies, Therése experienced first-hand that having a thriving culture is a choice and one that can be made intentionally. Supporting companies in designing and scaling thriving cultures became her path as a result.
Therése continued breaking the mold by guest lecturing at Sweden's leading business school while she was still a student at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE). Her lectures covered entrepreneurship were focused on leadership, culture, and performance. The first of these lectures were at SSE and she continued lecturing at the Royal Institute of Technology and the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship in the years following.
As a result of her dedication to entrepreneurship and company culture, Therése has been recognized by Nordic 100 for her cultural and Future of Work efforts, naming her one of the most influential and impactful people in the Nordics. The list is equivalent to the 'Forbes 30 under 30' and 'Forbes 40 under 40' in the United States. She's also been recognized by the SKAPA foundation via the Future Innovator Award given in memory of Alfred Nobel. This award is one of this is one of the most prestigious of its kind, and the recipients are considered to be "Swedish Champions of Innovation.”
